Graphic Designer
Leeds – 3 days in the office

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our growing in-house design team, part of the wider Marketing and Communications function, based in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in bringing our brand to life, creating impactful and engaging visual content that supports campaigns, work winning, communications, and strategic initiatives across the Group. Working with a diverse range of stakeholders, you will help shape creative solutions that inspire, inform, and connect all stakeholders.
Some of the deliverables for this role include:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and interpret requirements, developing concepts aligned with brand guidelines
- Create compelling materials from creative briefs, ensuring layouts of internal/external documents adhere to brand guidelines
- Prepare layouts and artwork for print, ensuring precision and quality
- Collaborate in the management of the workload status report, fostering effective communication within the team
- Present creative ideas through mood boards, advising on the best approach and overseeing the end-to-end delivery
- Enforce brand guidelines consistently, seeking opportunities to enhance our positioning
- Conduct thorough proofreading, spell-checking, and quality checks for all outputs, emphasising attention to detail.

What we are looking for:
- Previous graphic design experience, ideally been in-house and from a similar industry
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with varied workloads
