ABOUT MIDNIGHT™ CREATIVE GROUP AND THE BEGINNING

Work as original as the people who create it.

Midnight™ Creative Group is a creative company for cultural advancement with 100+ people across London, Leeds, Amsterdam and New York. We specialise in progressive, culturally-driven solutions for the world’s most ambitious brands. Our group consists of four companies:

  • The Beginning – Our anti-consultancy consultancy offering, attacks business challenges in their most embryonic form
  • The Midnight Club – Our 360 studio delivers ambitious work for the most progressive clients across Europe and North America
  • ZERO – Our full-service production, post-house and talent rep studio closes the loop from concept to consumer.
  • Off–Piste – Our creative technology studio and frontier innovation takes brands off the map and into new terrain.

The Beginning takes the creative energy and alternative spirit of The Midnight Club and injects it at a higher altitude — helping clients solve broader business and brand challenges. This includes brand positioning, innovation, new product and service development, communications ecosystems and evolving operating models.

Together we offer one promise – Advancement.

This role is within The Beginning, with opportunities to cross over into different group wide projects.

THE ROLE

The Beginning’s product relies heavily on how our ideas and recommendations are presented and visualised. This is an essential part of how we communicate our thinking and deliver an excellent service to clients.

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to take ownership of the visual communications across all TB’s output - bringing strong design thinking, editorial sensibility and a contemporary visual approach to the way our work is presented.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
