Join Our Team as a Graphic Designer (6 Month FTC)!
We're looking for a creative, talented and commercially minded Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team and play a key role in bringing the NCP brand to life.
This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who enjoys working across a wide range of creative projects, from digital campaigns and social media content to signage, promotional materials and internal communications.
Working closely with the Marketing and wider business teams, you'll help ensure our visual identity is consistent, engaging and effective across every customer and colleague touchpoint.
What You'll Be Doing
- Create engaging and on-brand digital and print creative assets across a wide range of marketing activity.
- Develop creative concepts and artwork for national and local marketing campaigns.
- Design assets for social media, email, CRM, digital advertising and other online channels.
- Produce signage, promotional materials and other creative assets for NCP's car park estate.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to bring campaigns and ideas to life from initial concept through to final artwork.
- Support the development and ongoing evolution of NCP's visual identity and brand guidelines.
- Create presentations, internal communications and other materials for stakeholders across the business.
- Adapt existing creative assets for different formats, channels and audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
- Work with external agencies, suppliers and printers where required, ensuring artwork meets technical and production requirements.
- Manage multiple creative projects and deadlines, prioritising work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Take creative briefs from stakeholders, ask the right questions and translate business objectives into effective visual solutions.
- Keep up to date with design trends, digital content formats and industry developments, bringing fresh ideas and inspiration to the team.

Requirements
This role requires a creative and commercially minded designer who combines strong technical design skills with excellent organisation and attention to detail. The successful candidate will:
- Have proven experience in a Graphic Design role or similar creative position.
- Have a strong portfolio demonstrating experience across both digital and print design.
- Have strong experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Have a strong understanding of digital design principles and creating assets for different digital channels.
- Have experience designing creative for paid media, websites, landing pages, email marketing, social media and digital campaigns.
- Have excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Have a basic understanding of UX/UI and conversion-focused design.
- Understand the importance of maintaining consistent brand identity across multiple channels.
- Be confident interpreting creative briefs and translating marketing objectives into engaging visual content.
- Have strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across the Marketing team and wider business.
- Be proactive, creative and commercially aware, with the confidence to contribute ideas and support the successful delivery of campaigns.

Ideal Experience
The successful candidate is likely to have experience working within a busy, commercially focused organisation, managing multiple creative projects and working to tight deadlines.
Experience within retail, transport, parking, mobility, facilities management or another customer-facing environment would be advantageous, although it isn't essential.
Experience producing large-format signage, point-of-sale materials, digital campaigns, social media content and corporate communications would also be highly beneficial.
We're looking for someone who isn't simply able to make things look good, but who understands why good design matters and how creative can influence customer behaviour, strengthen a brand and support commercial objectives.
