About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented [Job Title] to join our dynamic team at The Quran Group. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Religious Studies, Social Sciences, or related disciplines. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in project management, community engagement, or a similar role, preferably within nonprofit or religious organizations.
- Strong understanding of cultural and religious sensitivities, with the ability to navigate diverse community dynamics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, including MS Office Suite and project management platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Coordinate and oversee projects related to community development, educational programs, and religious activities.
- Engage with community members, partners, and stakeholders to foster collaboration and support.
- Monitor project progress, evaluate outcomes, and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal requirements, and cultural sensitivities.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and outreach events to promote organizational initiatives.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to ensure project success.
- Assist in the development of funding proposals and grant applications to support organizational programs.
