An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK's fastest-growing hospitality and lifestyle brands. With an expanding international footprint and a portfolio of innovative food and beverage concepts, this business has built a loyal global following through its distinctive customer experiences and strong brand identity.

As the company continues its ambitious growth plans, they are looking for a talented Designer to join their Global Marketing team and play a key role in shaping creative output across multiple brands and international markets.

Your New Role

Reporting into the Global Design & Brand Lead, you'll work across a wide range of creative projects spanning digital, print, packaging, social media, campaigns, in-store communications, and website content. This is a highly varied role that would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership from brief through to final delivery.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating engaging digital and print marketing assets
  • Designing menus, POS materials, packaging, promotional collateral, and large-format artwork
  • Supporting seasonal campaigns, launches, and brand activations
  • Producing social media content, newsletters, and website updates
  • Retouching imagery and preparing production-ready artwork
  • Working closely with printers and external suppliers
  • Maintaining brand consistency across multiple brands and international locations
  • Managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll be an experienced Mid-weight Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing excellent typography, layout, and creative execution across both print and digital channels.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience within hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or another fast-paced consumer-focused environment
  • Advanced skills across Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat
  • Experience creating artwork for print, packaging, and digital platforms
  • Strong image editing and retouching capabilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with excellent spelling, grammar, and proofing skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under pressure
  • A proactive, self-sufficient approach with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience using or an interest in AI and emerging creative technologies
