Our client, a 400-person B2B SaaS company, is looking for a Graphic Designer to join their tiny but mighty design team of two.

You'll work directly alongside their Design Lead as a shared design service across their UK and US marketing teams. That means real variety (social, email, decks, event signage, digital and print campaigns) and real ownership from day one.

Why this role is different

Most junior to mid-level design roles have you buried in a big team, working on one small slice of the brand. Here, you'll help shape it. You'll have visibility with senior stakeholders, including the CMO, and your work will be seen and used across two continents.

Location/ Working Pattern

You'll be based in their London office 3 days a week, with 2 days remote. Because you'll be working closely with a US-based team, there's flexibility around your start and finish times so you can catch the meetings that matter, without being tied to a rigid 9 to 5.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
