The role covers a broad range of formats, from social graphics and campaigns to website assets, presentations, brochures, and reusable templates.

You’ll work closely with a marketing team in a remote environment, balancing creative thinking with consistency, accuracy, and dependable delivery.

This is an ongoing opportunity for a designer who enjoys creating original work while responding thoughtfully to briefs, feedback, and evolving marketing needs.

Accountabilities

  • Translate creative briefs, target audiences, and key messages into clear, engaging visual concepts.

  • Design website and email graphics, presentation slides, flyers, brochures, icons, illustrations, and reusable branded templates as required.
  • Apply typography, color, composition, spacing, imagery, and visual hierarchy to create distinctive and accessible designs.
  • Edit and retouch photographs, combine imagery, and create vector graphics for a range of marketing applications.
  • Follow brand guidelines consistently while bringing fresh, original ideas to individual projects.
  • Adapt designs for different platforms, formats, and placements, checking mobile readability, contrast, cropping, dimensions, and safe areas.
  • Work accurately with approved copy and service information, ensuring visual materials communicate information clearly and professionally.
  • Incorporate feedback efficiently while meeting agreed deadlines and maintaining high production standards.
  • Deliver well-organized, editable source files alongside correctly sized final exports.
  • Perform final quality checks for spelling, alignment, image quality, formatting, and appropriate licensing of visual assets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team while taking ownership of visual design and production from concept through delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
