You'll join a collaborative team of designers where you'll have the opportunity to learn, contribute ideas and continue developing your skills.

Your work won't just live online—it will be showcased on some of the world's biggest sporting stages, reaching millions of fans across football, basketball, American football and more.

  • Develop your skills with genuine opportunities for progression as part of a fast-growing business investing in creativity.

What You'll Do

  • Create high-quality artwork for stadium digital signage, social media, partnership campaigns, presentations and other marketing materials.
  • Produce engaging digital signage content, including static graphics, simple animations, motion graphics and video loops that bring our partners' brands to life.
  • Take ownership of artwork projects from initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring all assets are delivered accurately, creatively and on time.
  • Adapt artwork across multiple formats, resolutions and aspect ratios for stadium screens, social media, digital marketing and print.
  • Maintain brand consistency across both club and partner branding while finding creative ways to make designs stand out.
  • Collaborate with the Partnership Success, Social and Creative teams to interpret briefs, gather assets and manage artwork approvals.
  • Prepare artwork for digital and print production, ensuring files are accurate and production-ready.
  • Ensure all artwork is produced to the highest standard, carrying out thorough quality checks before delivery to ensure accuracy across copy, branding, layouts and technical specifications.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently delivering high-quality work to tight deadlines.
  • Manage and update production files for assigned clubs and partners, ensuring assets are organised and ready ahead of matchday deadlines.
  • Assist with basic video editing tasks, including resizing, versioning, simple edits and exporting content for different platforms. Full training and support will be provided where required.
  • Support the wider Creative team with motion graphics and animation projects when required.
  • Help develop and maintain internal templates, design systems and creative asset libraries.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, sports marketing, emerging creative technologies and AI-assisted design tools.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
