About the Role

We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. In this role, you’ll support the creation of engaging visual content across digital campaigns, social media, websites and long-form marketing assets. You’ll help bring our brand to life through high-quality, consistent and impactful design. If you're eager to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for creating great visual experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

  • Support senior designer with all aspects of graphic design
  • Create supporting visual content for long-form content, such as eBooks and infographics
  • Produce event artwork such as banners from templates
  • Create ad graphic variations for lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, etc.
  • Create basic animations for advertising and socials in basic video/animation software such as Canva.
  • Create graphics for multiple areas of the website including landing pages, blog articles, webinar banners, thumbnails, etc.
  • Create graphics for social media posts
  • Support the GTM team with presentation designs
  • Support the wider business on any ad hoc design requests

Skills We Need for This Role

  • 2 – 3 years' experience in a Graphic Designer, Junior Graphic Designer role, either in-house or within a creative/marketing agency.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience creating brand collateral across digital channels, including social media, websites, paid advertising, presentations and marketing materials.
  • A good understanding of brand consistency and the ability to apply brand guidelines across a range of assets and formats.
  • Experience designing assets for digital marketing campaigns, including paid social, display advertising and lead generation activity.
  • Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Monday.com to manage design requests, prioritise workloads and track project progress.
  • Basic experience creating motion graphics, animations or video content using tools such as Canva, Adobe After Effects or similar platforms.
  • A collaborative approach, with confidence working closely with marketing, sales and wider business teams to deliver creative projects.
  • Experience within a technology, SaaS or fast-growth business would be advantageous but is not essential.
