About The Role
We are seeking a talented Midweight Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality creative content across multiple client accounts, elevating the agency’s creative standards. This position is not solely about execution; it requires bringing genuine craft, strategic thinking, and innovative ideas to the table. You will actively participate in experimentation, contribute to creative discussions, and help shape the visual identity of campaigns. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you will craft engaging static and motion visuals—from scroll-stopping ads to comprehensive creative frameworks—that balance aesthetic appeal with performance objectives. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth, allowing you to refine your skills while making a tangible impact on client success.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in digital design, preferably within an agency or fast-paced marketing environment. A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft, strategic insight, and a performance-oriented approach to social creative is essential. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) is required, along with familiarity with AI-powered design tools and large language models to accelerate creative processes. A solid understanding of paid social platforms such as Instagram and TikTok—including their formats, algorithms, and best practices—is crucial. Experience working with DTC brands and a genuine interest in growth marketing will set candidates apart. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are vital, as is a strong sense of ownership and accountability for both individual projects and team outcomes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
