Digital Designer / Graphic Designer

Industry-leading technical Australian activewear brand

Fully remote (candidates based in the UK and Australia can be considered)

The brand

Our client is a globally renowned technical activewear brand - internationally stocked, premium positioned, and genuinely engineering-led. Every product is built on real technical innovation, made to perform first and outlast the season, with a pared-back, considered aesthetic that's earned them a cult following and shelf space alongside the best in the category.

Behind the global name is a small, intimate team split across Australia and the UK - low on bureaucracy, high on trust, where every person's work is visible and matters. And they're entering their most exciting phase yet: a menswear launch, a new brand identity system, major product drops and international event activations are all on the calendar.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You'll report straight into the Creative Director and own the execution of creative across the entire brand - every format, every touchpoint. He sets the vision; you bring it to life. In a team this size, that means real ownership from day one, not a production seat ten layers deep.

What you'll be across:

  • Digital & ecommerce - landing pages, site updates, product launches and drops, ecommerce storytelling, product imagery
  • Campaign creative - adapting hero campaigns across paid social, organic, email and UGC, and driving promotional rollouts end to end
  • Graphic design - brand and product applications, packaging and collateral, building formats and variations from established creative systems
  • Motion - short-form video ads, promo videos, and simple animation bringing campaign and product assets to life

Who this suits

  • A designer with a strong, proven eye - this is the foundation everything else sits on
  • Genuinely cross-disciplinary: confident in both static design and video editing (preferred - not essential).
  • Basic motion ability - text animation, transitions, simple movement (full motion graphics expertise is a bonus, not a requirement)
  • Solid Photoshop and retouching craft for hero and campaign imagery
  • Actively curious about AI tools - you're experimenting in your own time and excited about what's possible, not reluctantly adapting
  • Honest about the whole job: alongside campaign and launch work sits real production volume - resizing, reformatting, promo execution - and you take that to the same polished standard as the exciting stuff
