We are searching for an entry level Graphic Designer to join our internal marketing team to help us deliver a range of marketing activities.

Who are we?

We are the largest coach operator in Leicestershire, and we have spent over 30 years of business building an unrivaled experience and a friendly and trustworthy reputation. We have an extensive fleet of executive vehicles which helps us to service our programme of over 500 coach holidays, day trips and short breaks across the UK and Europe. We also operate a wide range of Private Hire jobs for a variety of occasions and provide school transport to thousands of pupils.

Having recently invested in several new vehicles, and completed the build of our state of the art departure lounge, we are at an exciting point of growth and it is a great point to join a forward thinking company.

This entry level role will be based at the Roberts Travel Group HQ in Hugglescote, Leicestershire, and involve a wide range of design and marketing activities to aid in promoting all areas of our business. With a keen eye for design and experience in both print and digital design, you will play a key role in the visual identity of all areas of our business.

What will the role entail?

Working as our Graphic Designer, you can expect the following to be your main duties & responsibilities:

  • Assist the Marketing team in delivering the marketing schedule
  • Design of all print collateral including (but not limited to): brochures, leaflets, roller banners, business collateral and booklets
  • Design of web/digital material including social media graphics, presentations and tenders, website graphics, digital POS and more
  • Sourcing and editing images for both print and digital formats
  • Design of marketing emails within the Mailchimp platform
  • Regularly organise and manage the company image and brand asset library
  • Assist the marketing team with photography or filming requirements where needed
  • Uploading content to our company websites including new product, important information and more
  • Assist with the set up of any internal or external promotional events

  • Bachelor’s degree in a design related field or equivalent qualifications
  • At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong design skills and the ability to interpret a brief
  • Proficient in Adobe creative suite (most importantly InDesign and Photoshop)
  • Experience in both print and digital design is essential
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to spot emerging trends
  • Experience working with print production is desirable
  • Experience using Mailchimp desirable but not essential
  • Great team working and collaboration skills
