Graphic Designer

Turtle Bay – Bristol Head Office

Full-time | 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday

Please include at least one example of a menu, brochure, editorial piece or other content-heavy layout you have designed in your portfolio.

Bring Caribbean Good Times to life.

At Turtle Bay, we're all about bringing the spirit of the Caribbean to life. From the moment someone sees one of our campaigns to the second they walk through our doors, we want them to feel the energy, colour and good vibes that make Turtle Bay different.

We're looking for a Graphic Designer who's creative, full of ideas and excited to grow their career with a fast-moving hospitality brand. This is a brilliant opportunity to join our Marketing team and work across everything from menus and social media to campaigns, events and restaurant openings.

No two days are the same at Turtle Bay. You'll work alongside our Marketing Director and Digital Marketing Manager, bringing our brand to life across digital and print while continuing to develop your skills in a supportive, collaborative team.

What you'll be doing

You'll create engaging, on-brand design across both digital and print, helping bring our campaigns, restaurants and people to life.

Your work will include:

  • Designing artwork for marketing campaigns across digital and print.
  • Creating menus, POS, packaging and restaurant marketing materials.
  • Experience using AI design tools and creative workflows to support idea generation, image creation, content production and creative design projects.
  • Producing engaging graphics for social media and digital channels.
  • Designing email graphics and marketing assets.
  • Supporting website content updates and campaign imagery.
  • Creating internal communications, illustrations and infographics.
  • Producing artwork for events, promotions and local marketing activity.
  • Preparing artwork for print and working with external suppliers.
  • Helping support new restaurant launches, openings and marketing events when needed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
