Role Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced freelance Graphic Designer to assist in the final production stages of the 2027 brochure. As part of this role, you will collaborate with the Marketing team and Brand Leads to review and amend the first version of the brochure provided by an external agency. The brochure, consisting of approximately 171 pages plus covers, will require design amendments to be print-ready by early October 2026.

Key responsibilities:

  • Implement amendments requested by the Marketing team and Brand Leads, such as updating and replacing copy, imagery, and colours.
  • Make minor layout changes as necessary to ensure visual consistency and effectiveness throughout the brochure.
  • Ensure consistency in visual elements across multi-page InDesign documents.
  • Prepare the final brochure for print.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review feedback and agree on the required changes.

  • Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in brochure or multi-page InDesign projects.
  • Strong skills in Adobe InDesign, with the ability to manage large documents.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to implement complex amendments accurately.
  • Experience in preparing artwork for print.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, often on-site in Livingston, Scotland.
  • Availability from late August to early October 2026 to meet project deadlines, with flexibility for on-site collaboration as needed.
