Graphic Designer – Retail & Beauty

Fully Remote

£350 per day

Inside IR35

I’m recruiting for 3 Graphic Designers to join a fast-paced creative team, working across a busy retail and beauty environment.

This is a hands-on design role for someone who can take creative briefs and turn them into polished, engaging and customer-focused assets across a range of channels.

What you'll be doing:

  • Create high-quality creative across visual merchandising, print, email marketing and paid social
  • Develop designs from brief through to final, production-ready artwork
  • Create engaging visual concepts while maintaining strong brand consistency
  • Work across different formats and channels, adapting creative appropriately
  • Produce and prepare artwork for print and digital use
  • Work to multiple deadlines and manage several projects at once
  • Respond to feedback and refine creative where required
  • Maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail across all work

Key requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer
  • Experience within retail and/or beauty is highly desirable
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial, customer-focused creative
  • Experience across print, visual merchandising, email marketing and paid social
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design development and artwork production
  • Strong Adobe Photoshop skills, including image creation, compositing and retouching
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography and brand consistency
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong print design experience
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines
  • Available to start ASAP
