Graphic Designer Opportunity

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Graphic Designer based in the United Kingdom.

This is a hands-on creative opportunity for a Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content across a fast-paced digital environment.

You’ll transform creative briefs and ideas into polished visuals for social media, websites, email campaigns, and promotional materials.

The role combines graphic and motion design with brand development, experimentation, and continuous creative improvement.

You’ll collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure visual and written content work seamlessly together.

Your work will contribute directly to creating compelling digital experiences and strengthening visual consistency across channels.

You’ll have the opportunity to experiment with new concepts, incorporate feedback, and use analytics and testing to refine your designs.

Accountabilities

  • Create and refine engaging graphic and motion assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Translate creative briefs, ideas, and campaign objectives into compelling visual concepts tailored to target audiences.
  • Help strengthen and maintain brand identity by ensuring visual consistency across channels, campaigns, and creative materials.
  • Collaborate with the wider Design team to understand creative requirements and deliver high-quality assets on time.
  • Work closely with Copywriters and Marketing teams to ensure copy and visual elements complement each other effectively.
  • Iterate and improve designs based on stakeholder feedback, performance analytics, and testing results.
  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Keep design files, source materials, and creative assets well organized and accessible for future projects.
  • Stay informed about emerging design trends, tools, and industry practices, bringing fresh ideas and techniques to the creative process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of creative work.
  • Proven experience in both graphic and motion design, with strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent visual judgment with a strong eye for aesthetics, branding, composition, and detail.
  • Ability to transform creative briefs into compelling visual concepts and confidently incorporate feedback and revisions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently and collaboratively.
  • Comfortable working in a feedback-driven, fast-paced creative environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Near-native or native-level English proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline is a plus.
  • Previous experience in the iGaming industry is advantageous.
