About The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and hands-on Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about all aspects of design, whether print or digital, and possess a creative mindset that drives innovative visual solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for developing compelling marketing collateral, maintaining brand consistency across various channels, and supporting digital marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and other team members to craft engaging content that resonates with our target audience and elevates our brand presence in the marketplace.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and social media content creation.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and web analytics tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Champion and promote our brand identity across all design projects, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Create engaging marketing materials such as case studies, product fact sheets, presentations, and multimedia content.
- Conduct bi-annual competitor activity reviews to keep the company ahead in the market landscape.
- Stay informed on client, competitor, legal, technological, and social trends to ensure our designs remain relevant and impactful.
- Develop marketing materials that effectively attract and engage target customers.
- Design and implement email campaigns, social media graphics, and advertising content to support marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to analyze web analytics and optimize marketing strategies accordingly.
- Serve as the central point for marketing design and delivery, ensuring cohesive and timely execution of campaigns.
- Utilize Adobe Suite, email marketing tools, and social media platforms efficiently to produce high-quality content.
- Organize and manage the weekly marketing request list, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Design internal communications, coordinate partnerships, and create materials for corporate events to enhance brand visibility.
