Thrivin is a fast-growing global women’s activewear brand, built around empowering women to feel confident, strong and their best selves. As we continue to scale globally, we’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help us produce high-performing creative across our paid marketing channels.

The Role

We’re looking for a fast, commercially minded Graphic Designer with strong experience creating performance creative for DTC/e-commerce brands. This is a high-output role where you’ll be responsible for turning creative briefs, campaign concepts and existing brand assets into polished, conversion-focused static ads, primarily for Meta. You’ll need to balance a strong creative eye with an understanding of what makes paid social creative perform. Speed, efficiency and the ability to produce and iterate on a high volume of work are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-performing static ads for paid social, primarily Meta
  • Translate creative briefs into polished, conversion-focused designs
  • Develop multiple creative variations for ongoing testing and optimisation
  • Adapt concepts across different formats, messaging and markets
  • Retouch and manipulate campaign and product imagery where required
  • Use AI image-generation tools to create, enhance and develop creative assets
  • Work closely with the wider creative and performance marketing teams
  • Respond quickly to performance insights and iterate on winning concepts
  • Maintain Thrivin’s visual identity while designing with performance and conversion in mind

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
