About Studio Seilern Architects

Studio Seilern Architects is a London based international architectural practice established in 2005 by Christina Seilern RIBA with the intent of producing exceptional, transformational architecture that lasts, working across geographies, building sizes and typologies. Our diverse portfolio of built work spans the US, UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa.

The Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior to Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our team and help shape how the practice communicates its architecture, both internally and externally.

This is an excellent opportunity for a designer who is passionate about strong visual storytelling and wants to develop their skills within a dynamic, design-led architectural practice.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Marketing Manager to support production of bid documents and other marketing materials
  • Designing and producing high-quality presentations, brochures, competition boards and project materials
  • Supporting the development of the practice's visual identity across print and digital platforms
  • Preparing marketing materials, including award submissions, press releases and social media content
  • Assisting with the layout and formatting of proposals, portfolios and other client-facing documents
  • Collaborating closely with architects to translate design concepts into compelling visual narratives
  • Maintaining and organising the practice's image library, templates and brand assets
  • Supporting website updates, regularly maintaining the website’s news and projects pages, and digital content creation
  • Any other ad hoc design duties that may arise

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
