About the Role

BMARK is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas, information, and business objectives into clear, engaging, and visually compelling designs.

You will work on real-world creative projects across branding, social media, digital campaigns, marketing materials, and other visual communication projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality graphics for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, marketing materials, and other brand communications.
  • Develop creative concepts and translate briefs into strong visual solutions.
  • Design social media content while maintaining consistency with each brand’s visual identity.
  • Assist with brand identity, visual identity, promotional and marketing design projects.
  • Adapt designs across different platforms, formats, and dimensions.
  • Work with the creative team to brainstorm ideas and develop visual concepts.
  • Receive feedback, make revisions, and deliver final designs within agreed timelines.
  • Maintain organised and editable design files.
  • Research current design trends and apply relevant creative approaches without compromising brand consistency.
  • Ensure all designs meet professional standards for typography, layout, composition, colour, imagery, and visual hierarchy.
  • Contribute creative ideas that improve the overall quality of BMARK projects.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of graphic design principles.
  • Proficiency in at least one professional design tool such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva, or equivalent.
  • Good understanding of typography, colour, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to follow a creative brief and interpret feedback.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication and time-management skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
  • A portfolio demonstrating your design ability is required.

For Freelance Designers

Freelancers should be able to work independently, communicate professionally, interpret briefs accurately, meet agreed deadlines, and deliver production-ready files.

Previous client or agency experience is an advantage, but strong portfolio work and demonstrated ability are equally important.
