Junior Graphic Designer

A global creative agency is hiring a Junior Graphic Designer to support the delivery of high-quality creative across digital, print, and experiential campaigns.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone early in their design career who is eager to learn, develop, and get involved across a wide variety of creative projects. The team is particularly interested in designers with an industrial design, 3D design, or technically creative background alongside strong graphic design ability.

London (Liverpool Street), 3 days per week onsite

What you’ll be doing

  • Design creative assets across social, digital campaigns, presentations, print, and experiential projects
  • Support campaign creative, artwork production, and brand rollouts across multiple clients
  • Contribute ideas and concepts across a range of creative briefs
  • Work closely with creative, strategy, and client teams to bring projects to life
  • Support both graphic design and wider experiential or spatial creative work where needed
  • Manage your own workload and priorities across multiple live projects
  • Ensure strong attention to detail and consistency across all deliverables

What you’ll need

  • 1 to 2 years’ experience within a design role, internship, or agency environment
  • Strong skills across Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • A strong graphic design portfolio with good layout, typography, and visual thinking
  • Interest or background in industrial design, 3D design, or technically focused creative work is highly desirable
  • Ability to work across both conceptual and production-focused tasks
  • Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and develop quickly within a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communication skills and a proactive attitude
