Midweight Graphic Designer
Location: West London

Salary: £40-45K
We are working with a successful and growing creative agency specialising in the healthcare and MedTech sector is looking for a talented Midweight Graphic Designer to join its close-knit team. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident all-round designer with strong artwork skills who is ready for a new challenge in a role of variety, responsibility and opportunities for development.
The Role
Part of a team of 3, this role will be working across a wide range of creative projects, you'll take work from concept through to final delivery, producing high-quality print and digital assets while collaborating with account managers, content specialists, and fellow creatives.

You'll also help mentor a junior designer, sharing knowledge and helping to raise the standard of creative work across the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design a range of assets across social media, branding, exhibition graphics, and print collateral
- Deliver projects from brief through to final artwork
- Maintain and develop client brand guidelines
- Collaborate with creative, content, and client services teams
- Explore AI tools to improve creative workflows
About You
- Strong experience in a midweight graphic design role
- Excellent design and artwork skills with a keen eye for detail
- Confident producing print-ready and digital assets
- Good branding and brochure design experience
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
- Great image retouching skills and a strong portfolio showcasing a range of work
- Passionate about developing AI skills

Desirable
- Experience within agency or healthcare, MedTech beneficial
- Motion graphics, animation, or presentation design skills
