Midweight Graphic Designer

Location: West London
Permanent
Hybrid – minimum 2 days in the office
Flexi-Time
Salary: £40-45K

We are working with a successful and growing creative agency specialising in the healthcare and MedTech sector is looking for a talented Midweight Graphic Designer to join its close-knit team. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident all-round designer with strong artwork skills who is ready for a new challenge in a role of variety, responsibility and opportunities for development.

The Role

Part of a team of 3, this role will be working across a wide range of creative projects, you'll take work from concept through to final delivery, producing high-quality print and digital assets while collaborating with account managers, content specialists, and fellow creatives.

You'll also help mentor a junior designer, sharing knowledge and helping to raise the standard of creative work across the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design a range of assets across social media, branding, exhibition graphics, and print collateral
  • Deliver projects from brief through to final artwork
  • Maintain and develop client brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and client services teams
  • Explore AI tools to improve creative workflows

About You

  • Strong experience in a midweight graphic design role
  • Excellent design and artwork skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Confident producing print-ready and digital assets
  • Good branding and brochure design experience
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
  • Great image retouching skills and a strong portfolio showcasing a range of work
  • Passionate about developing AI skills

  • Experience within agency or healthcare, MedTech beneficial
  • Motion graphics, animation, or presentation design skills
