Psycle is one of London's leading premium boutique fitness brands, offering immersive Ride, Reformer, Lagree, Barre, Strength, Yoga and Infrared workouts.
Brand and creative sit at the heart of how our customers experience Psycle and we're looking for a Graphic Designer to help bring that to life and shape the brand.
The Role
As Graphic Designer, you'll work closely with the Marketing team to design compelling creative across both digital and print. You'll support campaign development from concept through to delivery, ensuring consistency across all channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail, is creative and is passionate about health, fitness, lifestyle and design.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative assets for marketing campaigns across digital, social, CRM, paid media, website and app.
- Support the Social Media Manager designing graphic social content for organic and paid social.
- Produce in-studio artwork including posters, vinyls, signage, retail displays and event collateral.
- Design assets for brand partnerships, product launches, seasonal campaigns and member communications.
- Prepare artwork for print, ensuring files are production-ready, and liaise with printers where required.
- Develop creative concepts alongside the Marketing team, translating briefs into high-quality design that stays true to Psycle's visual identity.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, working collaboratively across the wider team.
- Organise and maintain design assets, templates and brand libraries.

Skills & Experience
Essential
- 3+ years experience in a graphic design role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital design and campaign work.
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Lightroom.
- Strong typography, layout and visual storytelling skills.
- Experience preparing artwork for both digital and print.
- Experience creating simple motion graphics or animations in After Effects.
- Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise across multiple projects.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
- Ability to think commercially, using design as a tool to deliver tangible results, with confidence reporting on the impact of design and campaign performance.

Desirable
- Experience editing short-form video content using Premiere Pro or CapCut.
- Experience working within premium lifestyle, hospitality, fitness or retail brands.
- Understanding of current social media and design trends.
- Experience using Figma.
