Location: Home / Milton Keynes (2 days a week onsite)
Salary: £23,000 - £28,000 (+ benefits)

We are looking to recruit a Graphic Designer to join a busy and collaborative creative team, working across a wide variety of digital, presentation and campaign-based projects.
You'll be joining a global business that works with some of the world's leading brands, creating engaging campaigns, digital experiences and communications that support employee engagement, recognition and incentive programmes.
The role offers the chance to work on a varied mix of creative projects for major UK and international clients, from digital assets and website content through to pitch presentations, campaigns and internal communications.
This role would suit someone at the earlier stage of their design career who has strong creative fundamentals, good design software skills and the drive to develop quickly within a fast-paced commercial environment.

We would be very interested in speaking to graduates, school leavers or early-career designers with an exciting portfolio, a strong eye for design and the ability to turn a brief into engaging visual content.
The Role
You'll work as part of a small creative team alongside designers and a copywriter, supporting a wide range of internal teams including account management and events.
The work is varied and could include:
- Designing digital assets for websites and campaigns.
- Creating anything from a single web banner to larger suites of campaign assets.
- Making pitch and client presentations more visually engaging.
- Producing artwork and adapting existing creative across different formats.
- Supporting email, web, social and internal communications projects.
- Working from client briefs and applying creative ideas within corporate brand guidelines.
- Bringing fresh ideas and new thinking to existing campaigns and projects.
- Working closely with account teams and other internal stakeholders.
- Managing multiple pieces of work and delivering to tight deadlines.

Experience Required
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Experience using Figma and/or Canva would be beneficial.
- A good eye for layout, typography and visual design.
- Comfortable interpreting a brief and turning it into polished creative.
- Able to work quickly and accurately in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Keen to learn, develop and contribute new ideas.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail and a good understanding of design principles.
