About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Digital Graphic Designer Lead to join our client's dynamic marketing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of creative assets across multiple digital channels, influencing brand perception and campaign performance. As a key contributor, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including digital marketers, content creators, and external agencies to develop compelling visual content that enhances engagement and conversion rates. Reporting directly to the Head of Digital Growth, you will be responsible for leading creative initiatives, maintaining brand consistency, and integrating emerging technologies such as AI tools into your workflows. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic thinking with practical execution, ideal for a designer passionate about performance-driven design and brand storytelling.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a digital or performance marketing environment
  • A strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel, commercially effective design work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Experience creating templates in Canva and familiarity with After Effects
  • Solid understanding of how design varies across platforms such as social media, web, email, and paid media
  • Interest or experience in AI tools like Runway or VEO
  • A degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if complemented by a robust portfolio and relevant experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver digital and motion design assets from concept to final execution, including social media graphics, eBooks, infographics, web elements, and campaign materials
  • Lead the development, implementation, and enforcement of global brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all platforms and channels
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-impact creative content aligned with brand standards and campaign objectives
  • Partner with paid media and SEO teams to develop assets that optimize conversion rates and performance metrics
  • Utilize performance data from digital channels to analyze and refine creative assets, enhancing overall campaign effectiveness
  • Manage and support a matrix team of designers across multiple regions, fostering collaboration and maintaining high-quality standards
  • Lead creative ideation sessions, develop compelling storytelling for campaigns, and oversee multi-channel execution strategies
  • Drive innovation by integrating new technologies, including AI-driven tools, into the creative process to enhance productivity and creativity
