As we continue to grow, we’re looking for our first in-house Graphic Designer to join the marketing team - someone with a strong creative eye and a thoughtful approach to design, who can help bring the Harbour Lifestyle brand to life across print, retail, and digital channels.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape a brand-new role within the business and become a key part of our creative output. From beautifully designed brochures and showroom materials to campaign assets and internal documents, you’ll help ensure everything we produce feels considered, premium, and consistent.
We’re looking for someone who can confidently take projects from concept through to completion, balancing creativity with organisation, attention to detail, and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities Include
- Designing and delivering creative assets across both print and digital channels, from initial concept through to final artwork
- Creating brochures, catalogues, retail POS, showroom graphics, direct mail, presentations, and marketing collateral
- Supporting campaign launches with digital assets for email, web, and social media
- Working closely with the marketing team to ensure all creative feels cohesive and aligned with the Harbour Lifestyle brand
- Managing artwork preparation, print specifications, and supplier communication where required
- Bringing fresh creative ideas and maintaining a strong awareness of design trends, interiors, retail, and lifestyle brands
- Managing multiple projects with a calm, organised, and detail-focused approach
- Helping evolve and maintain consistency across the Harbour Lifestyle visual identity
Bonus Skills
While not essential, we’d love to hear from candidates with experience in animation, motion graphics, or video editing.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Has proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio across print and digital
- Has a strong eye for layout, typography, composition, and branding
- Is highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Can confidently explain creative decisions and present ideas clearly
- Is organised, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines
- Understands the importance of detail, consistency, and customer-focused design
- Works well both independently and collaboratively

Desirable Experience
- Retail, interiors, furniture, or lifestyle brand experience
- Motion graphics or animation experience (After Effects or similar)
- Video editing skills
- Experience designing for e-commerce or customer-focused brands
