GRAPHIC DESIGNER
London | Hybrid | Full Time | £30,000 per annum
About the role
We’re looking for a talented, creative and highly motivated Graphic Designer to join our production team.
We’re a YouTube Production Company creating high-quality, entertaining content for a large digital audience. This is a role focused heavily on social graphics, video graphics and creative concepts, with the opportunity to work across everything from everyday uploads to special-edition episodes, large-scale challenges and visually ambitious projects.
You’ll work closely with our Producers, Editors and wider creative team from the early stages of an idea through to the finished video - helping us figure out how an idea should look, how we sell it visually and what will make someone stop scrolling and click.
We're looking for someone who understands that great design for online content isn't just about making something look good - it's about telling a story, creating curiosity and getting people to click.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
