Role Description
Graphic Designer — creating clear, engaging and accessible visual content for social media. A portfolio or examples of previous design work are required.

Qualifications
Please note that this is an unpaid internship.
- 🎨 Design Skills — You have experience or a strong interest in graphic design, visual communication, digital media or content creation.
- 🛠️ Design Tools — You are comfortable using tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop or similar platforms.
- 🌱 Mission-Driven — You are interested in education, EdTech, SEND, inclusion or social impact and want your work to contribute to a meaningful mission.
- 🤝 Team Player — You can collaborate effectively with copywriters and designers and communicate clearly with a remote team.
- 💪 Reliable — You stay responsive, follow through on agreed tasks and communicate if you need support.
- ♿ Accessible Design Awareness — You understand, or are interested in learning about, clear, inclusive and audience-friendly design.
