Company Description

Quarterly is a UK based embedded design studio. Our clients get their own dedicated designer who works with them every day, learns their brand properly, and delivers consistent, high quality creative without the complexity of traditional hiring. The subscription model gives clients predictable flat monthly costs, and gives our designers something rare in this industry: long term relationships with the brands they work on.

We are a remote team of 18 across the UK and South Africa, working with modern tools and our own client platform, Brief, which we built from scratch to run the studio the way we think a studio should run.

Role Description

As a Designer at Quarterly, you will work full time and fully remote, delivering design for a set of regular clients. This is not a ticket queue. You will work with the same clients continuously, which means you actually get to know their brands, their preferences, and their marketing teams, and your work gets better and faster as a result.

Day to day you will design social media assets, marketing materials, presentation decks, layouts, and brand collateral across digital and print, always in line with client brand guidelines. You will collaborate directly with client marketing teams and with other Quarterly designers, take part in feedback sessions, refine work based on client input, and manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines. You will also contribute to process improvements, share best practice with the team, and stay current with design trends and tools.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
