We are looking for an experienced and versatile Graphic Designer to join our team in Littlehampton. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our marketing and content teams, working on both our monthly editorial publication and supporting design materials for our awards and exhibitions. This position offers the opportunity to work across both print and digital mediums, delivering creative assets at multiple scales.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be someone who is eager to get hands-on from day one, developing their experience across a wide range of media formats. You will be responsible for designing print publications, digital campaign assets, branding materials, event visuals, and more. Across all projects, we want you to take the lead in driving the progression of brand identities, shaping both existing and new creative directions.

As part of this role, you will need to be a confident communicator, working across different departments, managing multiple deadlines, and ensuring a keen eye for detail in every project.

  • Collaborating with the Editor to deliver editorial and advertising layouts.
  • Working with the marketing team to create engaging graphics for social media and digital campaigns for our trade exhibitions.
  • Designing sales and sponsorship brochures for trade exhibitions and award events.
  • Updating and developing brand identities for both existing and future brands.
  • Liaising with clients to produce magazine advertisements when they are unable to supply artwork.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
