Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Manchester. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including marketing materials, presentations, social media graphics, and internal communications.

Day-to-day Tasks

- Developing concepts
- Refining layouts
- Selecting typography
- Ensuring brand consistency across all designs
The role involves collaborating with marketing, communications, and other teams to understand project requirements and deliver clear, visually compelling solutions. The Graphic Designer will also:
- Prepare files for production
- Manage feedback and revisions
- Contribute to ongoing improvement of TELETECH’s visual identity
Qualifications
- Skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for both digital and print media
- Skills in Logo Design and Branding to support and evolve visual identity systems
- Skills in Typography to create clear, readable, and aesthetically consistent layouts
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is beneficial
- Relevant experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution quality, is preferred
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are important
- A degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous
