Turtle Bay

Based in our Bristol Head Office - 40 hours per week

At Turtle Bay, we're all about bringing the spirit of the Caribbean to life. From the moment someone sees one of our campaigns to the second they walk through our doors, we want them to feel the energy, colour and good vibes that make Turtle Bay different.

This isn't just about creating beautiful designs. We're looking for someone who understands the "why" behind every project. Someone who thinks commercially, loves solving creative problems, and creates work that inspires people to book a table, engage with our brand and fall in love with Turtle Bay.

You'll be part of a small, collaborative marketing team where ideas are welcomed, creativity is encouraged, and no two days are the same. Things move quickly here, so you'll need to be adaptable, organised and happy to switch priorities when needed.

If you're someone who loves bringing fresh ideas to life, enjoys collaborating with others and wants to make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

You'll create engaging, on-brand design across both digital and print, helping bring our campaigns, restaurants and people to life. Your work will include:

  • Designing campaigns across digital and print
  • Creating menus, POS, packaging and restaurant artwork
  • Producing engaging content for social media
  • Designing email graphics and marketing assets
  • Supporting website content and campaign updates
  • Creating illustrations, infographics and internal communications
  • Producing artwork for events, promotions and local marketing activity
  • Managing our brand assets and ensuring brand consistency across every touchpoint
  • Working closely with external suppliers to deliver print-ready artwork
  • Visiting restaurants and supporting launches, openings and marketing events where required

Digital & Multimedia

You'll play a key role in creating engaging digital content including:

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Digital first You'll have strong digital design skills alongside solid print experience across menus, POS, packaging and restaurant marketing.
  • Comfortable with motion Experience creating simple animations, editing short-form video and bringing campaigns to life through motion graphics would be a real advantage.
  • Confident and collaborative You'll happily ask "What if we tried this instead?" and enjoy working closely with the wider marketing team. You're proactive, approachable and thrive in a collaborative environment.
