Cracking Creative Job! π¨
We have the pleasure of working with a hugely impressive London-based agency that is looking to bolster their creative division with some Midlands-based talent. You read that right β it seems Brummies just deliver better creative!
The agency works in a niche area of marketing, which means the creative output is incredibly varied. From printed collateral and event design to digital assets, social media creative, landing pages, exhibition graphics, presentations and marketing campaigns β the list goes on and on! This role will suit a designer who loves variety, enjoys working across multiple projects and creative disciplines, and isn't afraid to have a go at something new.
They're looking for someone who can bring both conceptual thinking and strong hands-on design skills to the table. The agency isn't massive, so you'll need to be just as comfortable coming up with the big ideas as you are rolling up your sleeves and delivering the work.
What will you be doing?
Working closely with an experienced Creative Director, you'll have the opportunity to get involved in a huge variety of projects, including:
- Developing creative concepts for campaigns, events and brand activations.
- Designing across print and digital, including social assets, email campaigns, websites, brochures and marketing materials.
- Creating artwork for events, exhibitions and retail environments.
- Taking creative concepts through to final, production-ready artwork.
- Working across multiple brands, adapting your creative approach to different audiences and requirements.
- Collaborating with the wider agency team to bring ideas to life.

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
