Are you a practiced Graphic Designer who can combine hands-on creativity with ownership of key design processes and templates? Are you keen to join an in-house creative team and play a key role in shaping and further developing SHL’s visual identity across digital and print media? You’ll be accountable for producing digital and print collateral, creating motion graphics and videos, and aiding presentations and corporate documents. Working alongside other creative team members you will assist with a wide range of design needs across the organization, ensuring the SHL brand is presented consistently, professionally, and creatively across all projects.

What You Will Be Doing
- Design a variety of marketing and communication assets including digital graphics and print materials (e.g., social media, display ads, ebooks)
- Own the design of our PowerPoint, Word, and Excel templates; work on the design of commercial presentations and customer content
- Support our Solution Owners, Pre-Sales, and Commercial organization to produce compelling visuals that support our business goals
- Create motion graphics and short video edits for solution demos, social media, and webinars/event use
- Collaborate with the creative team members, content marketers, campaign managers, and product teams to translate concepts into effective visuals
- Ensure all visual content aligns with our brand guidelines and tone of voice and provide design assistance for internal communications and employer branding
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while meeting timeframes and maintaining quality standards
- Maintain and evolve our asset library, icon sets, and photography library in collaboration with design team members

Essential
What we are looking for from you:
- Significant experience as a graphic designer (B2B or agency environment)
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across digital and print
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Designing and editing PowerPoint presentations and Word templates
- Understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling, creating simple animations or motion graphics
Desirable
- Experience in B2B marketing, SaaS, or HR tech industries
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Synthesia, etc.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or web design principles
The candidate must have the right to work in the UK
