About The Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment or a related field, with a minimum of two years’ experience. A relevant educational background, such as a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, is preferred. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools is desirable. A proactive attitude, resilience, and a customer-focused mindset are key attributes that will contribute to success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability and ensure a good match with client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities within the company’s systems.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview process, including preparing them for interviews and negotiating offers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective recruitment strategies and improve processes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment practices to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
