Overview

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to provide direct design support across the business, working on a wide variety of creative projects and collaborating with multiple teams throughout the company. This is a remote role, although occasional travel to London will be required.

Our studio works closely with artists, brands, and cultural institutions to deliver award-winning creative work across art direction, book design, identity systems, exhibitions, and type design.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience working within a creative studio environment and will be confident contributing across a broad range of disciplines, including print, digital, and motion design. They will demonstrate the ability to work independently, respond effectively to creative direction, and drive projects through to successful completion.

Duties

  • Work closely with the Head of Design and Head of Studios to deliver creative solutions, responding to design briefs while balancing quality, budget, and timescale requirements.
  • Implement feedback, revisions, and corrections with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Manage project specifications, schedules, and production timelines, working closely with suppliers and printers to ensure work is delivered to the highest standard and within agreed deadlines.
  • Prepare and deliver print-ready artwork, ensuring all files meet technical and production specifications.
  • Proof and review all design assets with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to our production standards.
  • Maintain and organise the studio’s digital archive to support efficient access to creative assets and project resources.
  • Develop concepts, designs, and layouts for a wide range of graphic materials, working collaboratively as part of a small creative team.
  • Communicate ideas clearly to clients and wider project teams, contributing actively to creative discussions and ensuring feedback is clearly documented and incorporated into ongoing work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
