Collins Construction - Graphic Designer Opportunity

Collins Construction is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our Pre-Construction team. This role is central to shaping the visual identity of our business, from tender submissions to wider marketing and brand materials. You’ll work closely with senior management and teams across the business to produce high-quality, visually engaging designs and video under tight deadlines. The role covers everything from tender graphics, social media content, and corporate publications to site branding, videos, and client-facing collateral.

We’re looking for a creative professional who can balance originality with brand consistency, bring fresh ideas to our submissions, and support the development of visual standards across the company. If you’re confident with Adobe Creative Suite (and ideally video editing tools such as DaVinci Resolve or Avid Media Composer for video), thrive on collaboration, and want to make a real impact on how our work is presented, we’d love to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
