DESIGNED FOR AN OPEN MIND
Whistles is entering an exciting new chapter, and we’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to help bring the brand to life across digital and physical touchpoints. From website to retail POS, you’ll create thoughtful, beautifully crafted design that feels contemporary and distinctly Whistles.
Working closely with the Senior Designer and wider Brand Marketing team, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your creative thinking while building your technical and production skills.
What you'll do
- Create digital assets across website, email, CRM, social and paid media.
- Translate creative concepts into polished, on-brand executions across multiple formats.
- Create accurate, print-ready artwork for POS, windows, vinyls, OOH and events.
- Support motion, animation, GIF and video content where needed.
- Apply Whistles’ visual identity with strong typography, layout and attention to detail.
- Manage multiple briefs and deadlines, collaborating across Brand, Ecommerce, CRM, Retail, VM and Studio.
- Keep developing your creative and technical skills, using new and emerging tools thoughtfully.

Who you'll be
- You’ll have design experience, ideally in fashion, retail, lifestyle or another fast-paced creative environment, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong digital design, typography and layout.
- You’ll be confident using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with a good understanding of responsive design and print production.
- You’ll be curious, collaborative and highly detail-oriented, with a genuine interest in fashion, design and culture.
- Experience in motion, video, large-format graphics, CMS, HTML or AI-assisted tools would be a bonus.
