Graphic Designer & Brand Creative
Location: London
Type: Full-Time
Work Style: Hybrid (Office-Based, Creative Production & On-Location)
Help Build Brands Across Finance, Entrepreneurship & Elite Sport
We are building a new marketing, media, and production company operating at the intersection of financial services, entrepreneurship, ecommerce, personal branding, and elite boxing.
We're looking for an exceptional Graphic Designer & Brand Creative to become one of the founding members of our creative team.
This is not a role where you'll spend your days resizing banners or waiting for briefs to land in your inbox. We want someone with ideas. Someone who understands brands, social media, and culture. Someone who can take an initial concept and turn it into something visually powerful.
You'll work directly alongside our Head of Growth & Marketing, Videographer/Photographer, and CEO, helping establish the visual direction of the company and the brands we represent.
One day you might be creating a sophisticated investor campaign for a financial services business. The next, you could be designing the visual identity for a world champion boxer, creating a YouTube thumbnail, developing an ecommerce campaign, or producing fight-night graphics from ringside.
If you're looking for creative ownership and the opportunity to help build something from the beginning, we'd like to meet you.
What You'll Be Working On
Our work sits across four main areas.
Corporate & Financial Services
Creating premium, credible, and engaging design for:
- Financial services businesses
- Investment and wealth brands
- Corporate marketing campaigns
- Email campaigns
- Lead-generation funnels
- Webinar campaigns
- Corporate events
- Presentations and pitch decks
- Reports and marketing materials
- Digital advertising
The ability to create sophisticated, premium-looking corporate material without making it feel dated or generic will be important.
Personal Branding
You'll help build the visual identities of CEOs, entrepreneurs, and financial-market professionals across:
- YouTube
- TikTok
- Podcasts
- Websites
- Newsletters
- Interviews
- Events
You'll work with the wider team to create recognisable visual systems that allow a personal brand to become instantly identifiable.
Boxing & Athlete Branding
You'll work with professional and world-champion athletes to develop their brands beyond the ring. This could include:
- Athlete brand identities
- Fight announcements
- Fight posters
- Training-camp graphics
- Social media content
- Sponsorship decks
- Showreels
- YouTube artwork
- Event graphics
- Statistics and performance graphics
- Merchandise concepts
- Documentary artwork
- Fight-week content
We want to create athlete brands that look and feel genuinely world-class.
Ecommerce
You'll support the development and marketing of boxing and sports-related products through:
- Product launches
- Paid advertising creative
- Website assets
- Product imagery
- Packaging
- Email creative
- Social campaigns
- Ecommerce landing pages
- Promotional campaigns
- Influencer and athlete collaborations
The Role
As our Graphic Designer & Brand Creative, you'll take responsibility for translating ideas, campaigns, and personalities into compelling visual communication.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You'll work closely with our Head of Growth to understand the commercial objective behind each campaign and with our Videographer/Photographer to turn photography and video assets into cohesive creative campaigns.
We don't want design operating separately from marketing. You'll understand why we're producing something, who needs to see it, and what action we want them to take. That means thinking beyond whether something simply "looks good". The work needs to capture attention, communicate clearly, and drive action.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Creative Direction
- Help develop the visual identity of our company and client brands
- Create and maintain brand guidelines and design systems
- Develop campaign concepts from initial idea through to execution
- Establish consistent typography, imagery, layouts, and visual language
- Help develop personal brands for CEOs and athletes
- Translate strategy into distinctive creative concepts
- Maintain consistency while allowing brands to evolve
Social Media Creative
Design high-quality content across:
- TikTok
- YouTube
- X
Including:
- Carousels
- Infographics
- Quote graphics
- Reels covers
- YouTube thumbnails
- Stories
- Announcements
- Data visualisations
- Event graphics
- Promotional creative
You should understand that social design has to stop the scroll, not simply satisfy a brand guideline.
Performance Marketing
You'll work closely with the Head of Growth to develop creative for paid customer-acquisition campaigns. This will include:
- Google Display creative
- Meta advertising
- LinkedIn advertising
- YouTube advertising
- Retargeting campaigns
- Lead-generation campaigns
- Ecommerce advertising
You'll be expected to understand performance data and use it to improve creative.
We want someone who is interested in questions such as:
- Which creative generates the lowest CPA?
- Which image creates the highest CTR?
- Which message converts?
- Which thumbnail gets people to watch?
You'll create multiple variations, learn from the data, and continuously improve.
YouTube & Content
You'll work alongside our videographer/editor to develop:
- YouTube thumbnails
- Channel identities
- Podcast artwork
- Series branding
- Documentary titles
- Motion graphics
- Lower thirds
- Intro/outro assets
- Charts and visual explainers
You should understand how strong packaging can determine whether great content gets watched.
Photography & Video Integration
You'll regularly work with original photography and video produced internally. This might mean turning a boxing photoshoot into an entire fight-week campaign or turning a CEO interview into a month's worth of branded content.
You'll work closely with our production team so that photography, video, and design feel like parts of the same brand rather than separate creative disciplines.
Corporate & Financial Design
You'll create professional materials including:
- Investor presentations
- Pitch decks
- Factsheets
- Corporate brochures
- Webinar materials
- Event branding
- Email creative
- Landing-page assets
- Reports
- Infographics
Financial services experience isn't essential, but you must be able to understand how design changes when credibility and trust are as important as attention.
Ecommerce
You'll help create:

Who We're Looking For

- Generates ideas rather than waiting for instructions
- Can work quickly without sacrificing quality
- Takes feedback well
- Has strong attention to detail
- Can manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Enjoys collaborating with marketers, videographers, and founders
- Wants responsibility and creative ownership
- Is comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
Most importantly, you should be able to look at an idea and think:
"I know how to make this better."
Skills & Experience
We'd expect strong capability with tools such as:

- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Figma
- Canva
- Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with the following would be highly advantageous:
- After Effects
- Motion graphics
- Video editing
- Photography
- AI image-generation tools
- Generative AI
- Web design
- UX/UI
- Ecommerce
- Presentation design
We're particularly interested in candidates already experimenting with AI-assisted creative workflows. We don't expect AI to replace creativity. We expect great creatives to use AI to become faster and more ambitious.
Portfolio
Your portfolio will matter more to us than your qualifications. We want to see what you can actually create. We're particularly interested in examples of:
- Brand identity
- Social media campaigns
- Paid advertising
- Personal branding
- YouTube thumbnails
- Corporate design
- Ecommerce
- Sports design
- Motion graphics
You don't need experience across every category. Exceptional creative ability and the capacity to learn quickly are more important.
What We're NOT Looking For
We're not looking for someone who simply waits for a brief and executes it. We're not looking for someone whose only measure of good design is whether something looks attractive. And we're not looking for someone who needs an agency-sized team around them to produce good work.
We're looking for someone who brings ideas to the table. Someone who understands that great creative sits somewhere between art, psychology, storytelling, and commercial strategy.
How You'll Work
This is a collaborative role. You'll work closely with:
- Head of Growth & Marketing: Strategy, campaigns, acquisition, analytics, and client objectives.
- Videographer / Photographer: Photography, video, YouTube, podcasts, documentaries, and campaign production.
- CEO: Brand direction, business strategy, personal branding, and key projects.
As the business grows, you'll also work with additional marketers, editors, social media managers, developers, and external specialists.
