Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Graphic Designer role based in Leeds, with the flexibility to work from home part of the week. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for menus, in-store signage, digital campaigns, social media, and promotional materials that reflect Speedy Pepper’s brand and values. The role involves collaborating with marketing and operations teams, interpreting creative briefs, and iterating on feedback to deliver high-quality, on-brand designs within agreed timelines. The Graphic Designer will also help maintain and evolve brand guidelines as the business expands its reach.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing restaurant, retail, or consumer-facing work.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including creating and applying brand identities across multiple channels.
- Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to choose and apply typefaces for clear, appealing communication.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent design software).
- Ability to work in a hybrid pattern from Leeds, managing time effectively and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling skills, and the ability to translate briefs into compelling design solutions.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant education or training in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
