Aquent is seeking an Integrated Designer

Aquent is seeking an Integrated Designer to partner with a globally recognized and rapidly expanding lifestyle and food & beverage brand. This is an incredible opportunity to make a significant impact, shaping the visual identity and creative output for a portfolio of dynamic brands across international markets. About The Role

As an Integrated Designer, you will be a pivotal member of the Global Marketing team, working across a diverse range of projects that span digital, print, packaging, campaigns, social media, and in-store communications for international markets. This is a hands-on, varied role for a creative and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. Reporting directly to the Global Design & Brand Lead, you will take ownership of your work from brief through to delivery, solving problems independently and ensuring meticulous attention to detail in every output. Your contribution will be essential in maintaining the visual integrity and distinctive aesthetic that defines the brand's global presence.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain the visual integrity of the main brand and its wider portfolio of brands across all touchpoints.
  • Create compelling assets for social media, digital marketing, advertising, and in-store communications.
  • Design a wide array of printed materials, including menus, flyers, posters, stationery, and promotional collateral.
  • Produce high-quality packaging, large-format graphics, hoardings, and event artwork.
  • Develop innovative concepts and creative collateral for seasonal campaigns and activations.
  • Retouch, resize, and manipulate imagery to produce polished, pixel-perfect visuals.
  • Create simple illustrations, GIFs, and AI-generated imagery where appropriate to enhance creative output.
  • Update and maintain printed and digital menus across global markets, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Design and manage engaging e-newsletter content and layouts.
  • Maintain branded presentations, stationery, and internal documents.
  • Support updates to the brand’s global websites.
  • Liaise effectively with printers and suppliers, preparing accurate production-ready artwork.

You naturally look for ways to push the boundaries of your creative work and improve day-to-day systems and processes.

Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience within an F&B, Hospitality or lifestyle brand or agency.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat.
  • Extensive experience producing work across both print and digital mediums.
  • Artworking experience across packaging and large-format print.
  • Confidence taking projects from concept through to final artwork.
  • Strong image editing, retouching, and resizing skills.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
  • Confidence working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Understanding of production specifications and print-ready artwork.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • An interest in AI and emerging creative technology.
  • Some experience using generative AI tools for image creation.
