About the role

Profiles Creative is working with a leading creative production and experiential agency to find an experienced Graphic Designer to join its growing creative team. Working across brand, entertainment, art, film, fashion and live experiences, this is an exciting opportunity for a highly creative, detail-oriented designer to contribute to a diverse range of ambitious projects, working closely with the Creative Director and wider creative team from initial concept through to final delivery.

What you'll do

  • Design and deliver high-quality 2D graphic assets across branding, print, packaging and digital
  • Lead the creative identity on selected projects from concept through to final artwork
  • Develop strong layouts, typography systems and visual identities for campaigns and experiential projects
  • Create on-brand designs while bringing fresh creative thinking to each brief
  • Produce print-ready artwork including large-format graphics and event collateral
  • Design digital assets for presentations, social media and client-facing materials
  • Create mood boards, visual references and concept layouts to communicate creative ideas
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and wider creative team
  • Develop client presentation decks and confidently communicate creative thinking
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years' experience as a Graphic Designer within a creative, experiential, events or production agency
  • Strong portfolio showcasing 2D design across branding, print, packaging and digital
  • Experience designing for events, experiences or physical environments
  • Excellent eye for typography, layout, colour and visual identity
  • Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to bring ideas to life visually
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced creative environment
  • Collaborative, proactive and confident contributing ideas
  • Passionate about design, culture, trends and visual storytelling

This role sits at the heart of a creative team shaping brand, entertainment, fashion and live experience projects for ambitious clients. You'll have the chance to take ownership of creative identities from first concept through to final artwork, working alongside a Creative Director and collaborative team who value fresh thinking and strong craft.
