About the role
Confirm has just launched a new brand and is defining a new category around Workforce Enablement. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to help us bring both to life – and make Confirm impossible to overlook.
Sitting within Corporate Marketing, you’ll turn our ideas, stories, research, customer successes, and biggest brand moments into distinctive creative that gets us noticed and remembered.
This is a hands-on role for a designer who loves creating, works at pace, and brings ideas as well as execution. You’ll work across everything from flagship content and social to digital experiences, events, thought leadership, campaigns, and fast-moving creative opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We want someone who thinks beyond static design and traditional B2B formats. You’ll be curious about how people consume content today, comfortable designing for different digital channels and experiences, and always looking for a more interesting way to tell the story.
What you will be doing:
Roles and responsibilities include:
- Designing and creating, turning ideas, stories, data, and brand moments into work that gets Confirm noticed.
- Bringing reports to life, creating assets for events, visualising customer stories, building out digital creative. The work will be varied, hands-on, and fast-paced.
- Taking ideas from rough thought to standout execution, across digital, social, content, events, and more.
- Bringing your own creative thinking to the table, not just taking the brief.
- Working alongside Corporate Marketing from the start to make visual storytelling part of the idea.
- Finding smart ways to turn one great piece of content into creative that works harder across channels.
- Creating scroll-stopping social and digital creative for organic and paid channels.
- Developing repeatable formats that help us move faster without everything starting to look the same.
- Bringing creative thinking to events, exhibitions, webinars, podcasts, research launches, and major brand moments.
- Including inspiration from outside the B2B bubble to challenge us when there’s a better way to do something.
- Using AI and emerging creative tools intelligently to move faster and increase what we can create in-house.
Who we are looking for
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong creative instinct and a great eye for what looks good and gets noticed.
- The confidence to hit the ground running with half of an idea, rather than waiting on the perfect brief.
- Able to bring ideas as well as execute them, taking a brief, challenging it, and finding a stronger creative way in.
- The ability to work quickly, manage changing priorities, and pivot confidently when things change.
- Strong visual storytelling skills, turning complex ideas, data, and messages into creative that is simple and compelling.
- A willingness to push beyond predictable B2B creative and find fresh ways to make Confirm stand out.
- Excellent design craft, with strong typography, layout, composition, imagery, and attention to detail.
- A digital-first mindset and an understanding of how creative needs to work across social, web, motion, and other formats.
- Confidence working collaboratively, sharing ideas, taking feedback, and constructively challenging others.
- Curiosity about design, culture, technology, and what’s happening beyond the B2B world.
- An excellent portfolio demonstrating strong creative thinking as well as high-quality execution.
- Excellent working knowledge of core professional design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and/or equivalent platforms.
- Strong skills in typography, layout, composition, imagery, and visual hierarchy.
- Confidence in presenting creative ideas, responding to feedback, and collaborating with non-design stakeholders.
