Hey Print

Hey Print is a well-established print and design studio in Palmers Green, London, producing everything in-house for a wide range of trade and retail customers. We're looking for a versatile Graphic Designer & Digital Print Operator to join our team.

The role:

This is a hands-on, dual-skill position — you'll split your time between designing artwork for customers and running our digital print machinery to bring that artwork to life. No two days are the same.

What you'll be doing:

  • Creating and preparing artwork/designs for a variety of print products (business cards, banners, signage, packaging, and more)
  • Operating digital print equipment — setup, printing, and finishing
  • Liaising directly with customers to understand briefs and turn them into print-ready designs
  • Quality-checking print output and troubleshooting production issues
  • Managing multiple jobs and deadlines in a fast-paced studio environment

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
