Reports to: Head of Brand & Content
Location: Hybrid
Level: Specialist
Stakeholders: Brand, Content & PR team, Data, Digital and Market Intelligence team, Regional, National and Online marketing team.

Role Summary

The Graphic Designer creates high-quality, on-brand visual assets that support marketing campaigns, digital experiences, events, and learner communications. The role ensures First Intuition’s visual identity is applied consistently and creatively, supporting brand perception and engagement across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Production

  • Design digital and print assets including social graphics, brochures, infographics, event materials, and website visuals.
  • Translate briefs into high-quality creative solutions aligned with brand guidelines.

Brand Stewardship

  • Ensure visual identity standards are applied consistently across all outputs.
  • Support evolution of templates, creative systems, and brand assets.

Collaboration & Workflow

  • Work closely with Content, Digital, and Regional Marketing teams to support campaign delivery.
  • Manage multiple briefs simultaneously, maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Tools & Technology

  • Use and maintain creative software and asset libraries.
  • Support implementation and upkeep of new creative technology, self-service design portals, or Digital Asset Management tools.

Skills, Experience & Attributes

Experience:

  • Proven design experience in an in-house or agency setting.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating multi-channel design capability.
  • Demonstrable video editing capabilities (preferred).

Skills:

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and design best practice.
  • Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills.

Attributes:

  • Detail-oriented, creative, organised, and collaborative.
