About Prodigy Studios
Prodigy Studios is a rapidly growing sports media and production company creating premium, athlete-led content for global audiences.
We work with high-profile athletes, talent, brands and commercial partners to build ambitious digital media properties across YouTube and social platforms.
Our growing portfolio includes The Switch with Kevin Pietersen, The Set and The Postman, alongside a range of new and developing digital content brands.
We are looking for an exceptional In House Graphics Designer to lead the social strategy and execution across our growing portfolio.
About the Role
As an In-House Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating the visual identity and graphic output across Prodigy Studios' growing portfolio of YouTube and social media channels.
Working across The Switch, The Set and The Postman, you will create visually compelling graphics that strengthen our brands, communicate information clearly and help our content stand out in an increasingly competitive digital landscape.
This is a creative, fast-paced and highly collaborative role. You will work closely with Producers, Directors, Editors, Social Media and Commercial teams to develop graphics that support the storytelling, personality and commercial objectives of each production.
The role will span YouTube, social media, video content, thumbnails, motion graphics, sponsor integrations, promotional campaigns and live/production graphics.
You will need to understand that great digital graphics are not simply about making something look good. They need to capture attention, communicate instantly, reinforce the brand and ultimately help content perform.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
