About The Opportunity

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join the Flight Centre Creative Team and help bring our brand to life across multiple customer touchpoints. In this role, you'll create engaging digital and print marketing assets that enhance customer experiences and support exciting campaigns across the business. You'll collaborate with local and global marketing teams, contribute fresh ideas, and play a key role in maintaining the consistency and integrity of one of the world's most recognised travel brands. This is a fixed-term contract position until March 2027.

What You'll Do

  • Design and produce high-quality digital and printed marketing collateral, including digital screens, flyers, event stands, digital advertising, signage, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Develop creative concepts and contribute innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
  • Take projects from concept through to final artwork, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the design process.
  • Create assets across multiple digital platforms including web, social media, email marketing, display advertising, and outdoor media.
  • Follow detailed brand guidelines and complex specifications across both digital and print channels.
  • Maintain brand consistency and visual integrity across all creative outputs.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with marketing, support, and global marketing teams to deliver effective creative solutions.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations that enhance customer engagement.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Contribute positively to team collaboration and support a solutions-focused, can-do culture.
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-3 years' experience in a graphic design or creative design role.
  • Practical experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Basic understanding of HTML.
  • Interest in developing skills in video editing and motion graphics.
  • Experience designing for both digital and print channels.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with project management tools is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience with Adobe After Effects is advantageous.
