This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Graphic Designer - Global based in United Kingdom.
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to help shape impactful visual experiences across digital marketing channels.
This role offers the opportunity to create bold, high-quality designs that support brand growth, customer engagement, and marketing performance.
You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and growth teams to develop compelling assets for social media, campaigns, websites, and promotional initiatives.

Accountabilities
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating engaging and visually impactful assets that support marketing and brand objectives. This role requires strong creative execution, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Design high-quality visual assets for social media, digital advertising, email campaigns, websites, and landing pages.
- Develop creative materials for marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Create bold, eye-catching designs that capture attention while aligning with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and growth teams to transform ideas into effective visual concepts.
- Maintain consistency across all design outputs and contribute to the evolution of the brand identity.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, performance insights, and campaign results.
- Manage multiple design requests, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Requirements
The ideal candidate brings professional graphic design experience, strong visual judgment, and the ability to create compelling digital experiences. They should be comfortable working independently, receiving direct feedback, and adapting quickly in a high-growth environment.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a startup, SaaS, agency, healthcare, wellness, or technology environment.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating bold, professional, high-energy design work across digital platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, visual hierarchy, and digital design principles.
- Ability to explain design decisions clearly and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Excellent English communication skills (B2/C1 level) with confidence collaborating across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
Nice-to-have skills
- Experience designing paid advertising assets for platforms such as Meta, Google, or TikTok.
- Understanding of marketing funnels, conversion-focused design, and performance-driven creative optimization.
- Experience creating motion graphics, short-form videos, or other dynamic visual content.
