Graphic Designer - Internship

Create the ads that introduce women to the future of FemTech. 🎨💜

LYNA is building an AI-powered women’s health platform connecting nutrition, hormones, symptoms, and personalised health insights.

We’re looking for a Paid Media & Graphic Design Intern who can combine creative design with performance marketing — someone who understands that a beautiful ad means nothing if it doesn't convert.

You'll work directly with the founders to create, launch, test and improve the creative behind LYNA's growth.

What you'll do

  • Design high-performing creatives for Meta, Instagram, TikTok and other paid channels
  • Create static ads, carousels, stories and campaign assets
  • Develop different creative concepts, hooks and messaging for testing
  • Work with the paid media team to launch and optimise campaigns
  • Analyse which creatives drive the strongest CTR, conversions and CAC
  • Turn performance data into better creative decisions
  • Create landing page and marketing assets when needed
  • Build and maintain LYNA's visual advertising identity
  • Research competitor ads and emerging creative trends
  • Continuously test new formats, angles, hooks and visual concepts

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
