Role Overview

Location: Remote / Work from home
Preferred base: Manchester, UK
Employment type: Freelance
Team: Creative / Performance Marketing

Kurve is looking for a talented and detail-focused Graphic Designer to join our app marketing team.
You will be responsible for producing high-quality creative assets for mobile app growth campaigns across paid social, app stores, organic channels, and client websites. This role is ideal for a designer who understands that great creative is not only visually strong, but also performance-led, clear, fast-moving, and built to test.

You will work closely with creative strategists, media buyers, project managers, and client teams to design assets that help apps acquire, convert, and retain users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design static ads, carousels, banners, and display assets for platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid media channels.
  • Create Custom Product Pages, Default App Store screenshots, and Google Play Store listing assets.
  • Design app icons, logos, and brand assets for mobile app clients.
  • Produce organic social content for client channels.
  • Create website graphics, landing page assets, and supporting marketing visuals.
  • Adapt and resize creative across multiple formats, platforms, and placements.
  • Work from creative briefs and translate strategic direction into clear, engaging visual concepts.
  • Collaborate with creative strategists and media buyers to understand what creative is performing and why.
  • Maintain organised design files, version control, and asset delivery processes.
  • Support creative testing by developing multiple design variations around hooks, messaging, audiences, and visual angles.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
